Of late, it is easy to wonder where we, as a nation, left our humanity. To wonder if the whole world has become bigoted and intolerant. Yes, it is one of the things I love about Hijabi-Online’s blog … she is always finding things to be positive about! Sometimes I think I’ve almost given up on the human race, but then I read something like this and realize … we are mostly hearing the loudest and most obnoxious voices. The best ones speak much more quietly, and we have to stop, open not only our eyes and ears, but also our hearts. Many hugs, dear friend!
