Wanted: Babysitters for Kid in White House

Not even two full days into the year 2018, and the fool in the White House has offended so many people, myself included, that it would seem he is determined to destroy the United States within the first week of the year!  Thus far he has gone on attack against Pakistan, Iran and North Korea.  Within the U.S., he has attacked President Obama, Hillary Clinton, Democrats, James Comey, Huma Abedin, and the New York Times.  And that was within just the first thirty-four hours of the new year!!!  Where are his handlers??? Where are the generals???

The United States has foolishly given Pakistan more than 33 billion dollars in aid over the last 15 years, and they have given us nothing but lies & deceit, thinking of our leaders as fools. Iran is failing at every level despite the terrible deal made with them by the Obama Administration. The great Iranian people have been repressed for many years. I ask you, my friends … is this what we hired him to do, to stir trouble both here at home and around the globe?  I think not.  It would appear that he needs multiple keepers to slap his hands and wash his mouth out with soap several times a day.

  2. Americans do not need need to start their new year with worries about the apocalyptic consequences of Baby Trump’s Twitter tirade. For those who support his show of bravado with North Korea, then realize you guy has made it made it more likely that your community might be obliterated by nuclear disaster. Are they prepared to pay that ultimate price?

    • I think they believe that his show of “bravado” will keep Kim Jong-un at bay, but in truth, Kim is the more intelligent of the two, though not much more diplomatic. Those who applaud Trump for this rhetoric are fools, they just don’t realize it. Sigh.

  3. The aviation one cracked me up. There haven’t been commercial airline deaths in almost ten years and the FAA is headed by an Obama holdover. He’s desperate to pat himself on the back which is physically difficult when your head is in your rear.

    • That one got me too! I wonder if he will accept the blame if there were to be a commercial crash? Not, mind you, that I want to find out, but just speculating. And you’re right about the location of his ugly head! I get more and more disgusted every day.

  5. So “the great Iranian people have been repressed for many years. They are hungry for food and freedom”… So, if he has so much compassion in his heart for them, why are these great people included in his travel ban?
    There hasn’t been a commercial airline crash in the United States since 2009. What the hell is he talking about?
    Since he, and he alone, is responsible for this historic run on Wall Street, will he also solely take the blame if there is a correction?
    What the heck happened to Mexico paying for the wall?

    • All very good points! He does not know the meaning of compassion, he only panders to his ever-shrinking base in his rhetoric. In his actions, he panders to the uber-wealthy. Mexico was never going to pay for the wall, and it is documented that Trump knew that all along, but hey … it sounded good out on the campaign trail to those bigots why want to keep out everyone who doesn’t look, act and think like themselves. He is a liar, an egotist and an abomination. He is also a danger to the security of not only the U.S., but the entire globe.

  6. He keeps pointing elsewhere hoping no one sees him for the fool he is..sort of like, these are not the droids you are looking for. For God’s sake he IS the droid to avoid and someone somewhere has to do something because he will create a world where our grandchildren will only hear stories of the kind of life we lead. He is a Bringer of Dark. Like Scottie I better say no more lest the walls of good judgement come tumbling down and words fly that will only upset.

    • Yes, smoke and mirrors, a smokescreen behind which he can hide. And those who pull back the smokescreen are called “fake news”. I’m with you and Scottie … I have to self-edit numerous times to make sure I am sounding semi-professional. Sigh. As Kermit the Frog sings, “It’s not easy to be green”. Okay, blame the lateness of the hour or stress of the day … 😀

  8. Jill, the President has several fatal flaws, but in this case two come to mind – diplomacy requires tact and this President could not find tact if it were right in front of him. The other is diplomacy cannot be done effectively by tweet. It needs to be vetted to see how it fits into a larger strategy. My fear is this President is doing most of his tactics to appeal to an uninformed base. For example, China continues to take advantage of our global retrenchment and sloppiness and they are the greatest risk to our future prosperity than any other says the Eurasia Group.

    • Diplomacy? He is as a bull in a china shop. And since I wrote this post, he has yet again taunted Kim Jong-un … a really foolish move. I agree with you that he has numerous fatal flaws, and I fear they may be fatal for not only our nation, but for the world. He really needs a keeper. Where is John Kelly??? Tied up with rope in a closet somewhere in the White House basement???

      • Jill, as we have noted before, the world worries more about our man-child more than North Korea’s. I do, as I think he will do something to show how tough he says he is. I think he is just a bully, but his fragile ego worries me. Keith

        • I agree … his fragile ego, thin skin, worry me more and more. I was giving this some thought last night, and wondering if he would start a war with North Korea … or somebody else … to declare a state of emergency to either cancel the mid-term elections, or halt impeachment efforts once the Mueller investigation is complete. I’m not saying he would, but it was just a thought that crossed my mind. He seems to have the belief that the end justifies the means, and his thoughtless threats about deploying nuclear weapons are not comforting for any.

    • I didn’t hire him either, as I voted for Hillary … but in the collective sense … well wait, in the collective sense, Hillary won the election … so … I guess none of us hired him, but still, we are paying not only his salary, but paying for his every-weekend golfing trips!!! And his 12 diet Pepsis a day, and 15 Big Macs … ugh. I want my money back!!!!!

    • You’re probably right. People with consciences will move to the other side of the country … or even OUT of the country. Not a peep from John Kelly, who we thought had babysitting duty. I wonder if he is tied up in a closet somewhere within the White House???
