There is no greater threat to humanity. Not ISIS. Not illegal immigrants.Not even delusional, despotic Presidents.
None of them are a match for Mother Nature.
If you’re still a Denier, well, pardon me but, pull your head out. This is real, it is urgent, and denying it won’t keep it away.
It’s not a Democratic issue, a Republican issue, or even an American issue. It is a human issue, and it demands all our attention.
If we fail to give it, we’re done for. Period.

I just gave an example of what climate change can do, using my province of Alberta as a microcosm of what the future might bring, on justdrivewillyou’s post. Hopefully it will make at least one climate-denier sit up and take notice.

So much needs to be in the spotlight, but the media are pushing it all to the back of the room so they can focus on the food fight over Trump’s rhetoric. Now, I agree that Trump’s rhetoric is unconscionable and needs to be addressed, but other things are newsworthy too, and they’re being buried under the detritus.

Agreed. I was reading what former GOP strategist Steve Schmidt said. It is part of Trump’s tactics to distract while he steals your candy.
