The Founding Fathers Have Their Say …

The Founding Fathers, as we call them, united 13 disparate colonies, fought for independence from Britain and penned a series of influential governing documents that steer the country to this day.  I’ve often wondered over the past three years what they would think if they were to drop back in now and see what has become of the nation they founded.

LO AND BEHOLD!  They have not only popped in for a quick visit, but they even made a video to tell us just what they think of the current occupant of the Oval Office!  Take a look … I think it will bring a smile to your face, if nothing else.

Very well done, don’t you think?

  2. Breaking News: Pelosi stated that President Trump engaged in an “abuse of power” “by engaging in political interference in the sentencing of his associate, Roger Stone” and that the matter should be investigated.
Pelosi said, “We also saw the president this week demonstrate, once again, that he does have — has no respect for the rule of law. His assault on the rule of law by engaging in political interference in the sentencing of his associate, Roger Stone…this is an abuse of power that the president is again trying to manipulate federal law enforcement to serve his political interests.”
Pelosi further stated that Attorney General William Barr “has deeply damaged the rule of law by withdrawing the DOJ’s sentencing recommendation, the act of interference in Trump’s retribution against the lead attorney in the Stone case. … This all must be investigated.”
Looks like a 2nd impeachment is underway! 🙂

    • Well, they had their faults, too, as many of them were wealthy plantation owners who owned slaves … but they did have the right idea about governance. I imagine Trump either has seen or will see it … I’d love to see the look on his face as he views it!
