Once again, TokyoSand has scoured the ‘net and come up with some very apt cartoons that tell in few or no words what was on our minds and in our news this past week. Thank you, TS, for all your hard work in many areas!
While there was plenty of drama here at home, I must admit I was more preoccupied by what was happening overseas. It appears our cartoonists were, too. Here At Home By Matt Davies By Clay Bennett By Mike Luckovich By Ann Telnaes By Clay Jones By Clay Bennett By Marc Murphy By…

I like the Valentine’s Day card… three cheers for the accountants, but it took them quite a while…

It did take them a while, and I strongly suspect that they were given a choice: cooperate with the prosecutors or we’ll shut down Mazars and the partners will go to jail. A choice like that makes one quickly realize the priorities!

Ayup … works most every time! I bet Trump had steam coming out of his ears when he found out he was being dumped! Hmmmm … I wonder if he needs somebody to do his taxes this year? I’d only charge him a cool million or so 😉

Probably, but I suspect any reputable accounting firm would run in the opposite direction for two reasons. First, he is a crook and the furthest thing from an honest man … no honest accountant would touch him with a ten-foot pole. And second, he has a reputation for cheating contractors ‘n such out of their money … he doesn’t pay his bills when he can find a way around it! I wouldn’t take on his business.
