While there are many things happening here in the U.S., such as the nomination of Ketanji Brown Jackson to the Supreme Court, a new report on climate change, gerrymandering and other voter suppression attempts by states, and the list goes on … the dominant story is Russian tsar Putin’s invasion of Ukraine. Rightly so, as people are dying at the hand of a power-hungry dictator and since the outcome will, in one way or another, affect millions of people around the globe, including here in the U.S. Thus, what is happening on the other side of the pond was the focus of last week’s political cartoons.
