More “Dark waters” are harming people and animals

Human greed, it seems, takes precedence over all else … especially when those humans are obscenely wealthy and think they can simply do as they please without consequence to themselves. And we, the average people, feed their narrative by continuing to buy their products, putting more money into their coffers. And in return? They are killing us, and they don’t care! Keith shines a light on an environmental disaster today, one that we should all be aware of, but that is only the tip of the iceberg. Thank you, Keith, for reminding us that we need to be holding those who would destroy the planet and thus all life, accountable.

In the movie “Dark Waters,”starring Mark Ruffalo, Tim Robbins and Anne Hathaway, it focuses on an attorney’s fight to expose DuPont for its chemical pollution of 70,000 townspeople around Parkersburg, WVa with its PFAS “forever chemicals.” PFAS is a major ingredient in Teflon products. It was an uphill battle from the outset, but DuPont was eventually proven liable and eventually settled after losing three successive court cases. But, it all started with hundreds of deformed (and eventually deceased) cows who grazed near the run-off area near the plant.

  1. Seen the movie and it was really good…but this will continue and bound to get worse..and it doesn’t surprise me one bit.

    The bottom line game plan of the super wealthy and big corporations is to thin out the population. They don’t care who or what it is, as long as it’s not them.

    • I haven’t seen the movie … not much of a movie watcher … but I plan to now, for sure. No, nothing about any of this should surprise us, for we know that the wealth of the 1% is all that matters in the U.S., not us average Joes.
