Cleaning Up The ‘Toon Stash!

Last night I was going to put a music post on today’s schedule … just a redux, but still … a music post.  And then, Covid killed my headphones!!!  (Yes, I will be blaming the damn Covid virus for everything for the next few weeks, until I get my mojo back, at least!) They just went ‘belly-up’ and died.  I have new ones ordered that should be here tomorrow, but it meant I couldn’t do a music post.  Alas … such is life, eh?  I’m still trying to post at least a little bit in between naps, and since I had a stash of ‘toons, I figured this is as good a time as any.

  1. Here’s a very telling survey of random ppl from Pennsylvania, voters changed their opinion and lean toward Harris after the debate. This is my impression as well that Kamala and her team did an excellent job capturing the swing voters and independents.

  2. I was having a good laugh at the first ones, then a good cry after that. The funny ones are great, es[ecially the first one, but the school shootings are not a bit funny. So sad that kids can’t feel safe at school any longer. In my day we were only afraid of some of the teachers, and knew which ones to avoid at all costs. Not because they had guns but because of that stinging ruler in their hands.

  3. There was an old woman who voted for Trump

    He turned the land she lived on into a dump.

    There was an old woman who Trump didn’t like.

    She voted for Harris, just out of spite.

    There was an old woman who cared what happened,

    She voted for Harris. The end.

    There was an old man who remembered World War II,

    He tried explaining it to MAGAs because none of them knew.

    There was a young woman who survived high school;

    When it came for her to vote, she knew what to do.
